What is The Garnet?

Garnet is a group of silicate minerals that share a common crystal structure and occur in many colors, most familiarly the deep red of species such as almandine. It rates roughly 6.5 to 7.5 on the Mohs hardness scale.

Through the metaphor

Garnet has been carried for ages as a stone of vitality and forward motion, once set into the gear of travelers who kept going through the dark. The ESTP thrives in just that motion—reading a live situation as it moves and stepping in before others have finished planning.
