When the rhino decides to move, it lowers its head and charges in a straight line—no detour, no second-guessing. The ESTJ commits to a clear plan and drives it through to completion with the same directness.
The rhino holds its territory and keeps order within it, so others always know where the boundaries lie. The ESTJ brings that structure to a group—clear rules, clear roles, and things that actually get done.
But a charge in a straight line is hard to turn. The rhino's eyesight is poor, and it sometimes charges at a shape that was never a threat. The same force that finishes things can trample a softer signal it never slowed down to read.
