What is Rocket?

A rocket generates thrust by expelling high-speed exhaust produced by burning its propellant, enough to overcome gravity and carry a payload into the sky or into space.

Through the metaphor

A rocket brings every system to bear on one moment—fuel, thrust, and trajectory all aligned—and then commits, driving upward with a force nothing can casually stop. The ENTJ leads the same way: setting a clear objective, marshaling people and resources toward it, and moving with a decisiveness that gives everyone around a direction.

Their strength is a commanding drive that turns a vague ambition into a countdown and a climb. Where others hesitate at the pad, the rocket lights the engines and goes. The ENTJ works this way too—strategic and forceful, impatient with drift, willing to carry the weight of the whole mission so the whole team reaches an altitude none could have reached alone.

But a thrust that powerful can burn hot, and a climb driven this hard can leave slower systems straining to keep up. Fixed on the summit, the ENTJ may push the team as relentlessly as they push themselves—so set on clearing gravity that they read a needed pause as a failure of nerve.
