Through the metaphor
The dragoon leaps higher than anyone and comes down with a single, fight-deciding blow, leading the charge from the very front. The ENTJ takes that lead by instinct—setting the direction and driving the whole party forward.
A dragoon does not flinch at the dragon twice their size; they call the target and commit without hesitation, knowing a fearless lead steadies the ranks behind. The ENTJ, too, turns an uncertain field into a clear objective and a fast, confident command.
But a dragoon who leaps that high lands far ahead of the party, and the spear aimed at the target can crash past the scout calling a quieter warning. The same drive that breaks the enemy line can leave the slower voices behind.
