An opal holds no single color; tilt it and a new hue flares where the last one was. The ENTP sees the world that way—turning a problem to catch an angle no one else thought to look from, reflexively finding the unconventional route past any wall.
The play of color inside an opal comes from light scattering through countless tiny spheres—a structure built to take one beam and answer with many. The ENTP, too, argues with itself from several sides at once, testing an idea even from its opposite to see how far it holds.
