ISTP

A racing driver lives in a feedback loop with the machine—feeling the grip through the wheel, hearing the engine’s note, adjusting the line by inches at the edge of control. But a driver who trusts only the immediate read can resist the longer commitment—skipping the strategy meeting, tuning the car for today and not the season, going quiet when the team needs a shared plan. The one who lives moment to moment may be brilliant in the corner and absent from the bigger race.
