Through the metaphor

A support engineer knows which user is frustrated and quietly steps in before the thread boils over, keeping every customer included and heard. The ESFJ keeps a community warm, making sure no one is left struggling alone.

They hold the team's tone and weave users and engineers into one cooperative loop; being looked after is the point, and the patient rituals of good support hold the community's trust. The ESFJ likewise binds people together with warmth and tends what keeps them loyal.

But a support engineer who fears an unhappy user works hard to keep everyone pleased. Reading approval so closely, they can swallow the hard truth a customer needs to hear—and quietly bristle at the teammate who brushes users off.
