Through the metaphor
A QA tester notices the edge case the rest of the team walked past, quietly checking the path no one thought to try. The ISFJ reads where things might hurt the user and guards against it through patient, careful attention.
They remember every regression and keep the product safe release after release; the QA tester is the quiet guardian who protects users from the harm no one else saw coming. The ISFJ holds that same reliability and care for everyone downstream.
But the tester who catches everyone's mistakes rarely flags their own strain. They take on more checks than their share and wait to be thanked rather than ask for help. The ISFJ, too, gives and gives and struggles to assert their own need.
