The integrity the DBA maintains gives the whole product its stability; every other service can trust the data because the rules hold. The ISTJ is the dependable one whose quiet, consistent work everyone relies on without even noticing.
But a DBA trusts the schema that has always held, and when the product's needs change, they keep defending the old structure. The same diligence that guards the data so well can resist migrating away from a schema that no longer fits the shape of things.
